Chronic Fatigue, Brain Fog, and Low Libido: Stop Accepting These Things As Normal, Part 1

Hey there, my lovely butthole breathers! How's week 2 of 2024 treating you? I don't know about you, but I'm already feeling overwhelmed by many things. Can we just stop accepting some of these so-called "normal" things in 2024? I'm starting a 3-part series on this, and we're diving into the first part today.

So, I recently went on a long-awaited trip to Chile with my husband. It was quite an adventure from the start. Our flight got delayed, but we managed to make the best of it and ended up having a blast in San Diego before heading to our final destination. While there, I ended up reading a book, "A Court of Wings and Ruin," and hey, if you're into books, send me some of your favorites. I'm a huge fan of Colleen Hoover.

But really we need to talk about things that are not normal and that we shouldn't accept in 2024. We're over chronic fatigue, brain fog, low libido, and bloating. And coming from a doctor who treats celebrities and professional athletes, I want to get vulnerable with a personal story.

In 2020, I too was ignored by a medical professional who told me my symptoms were just anxiety and depression and had just met me 10 minutes before making this assumption. But I knew deep down that something else was going on. I felt like I was being gaslit in the medical community, and that's why I'm so passionate about advocating for ourselves and getting to the root of the problem.

We don’t have to accept these symptoms or treat them alone. We need to look at the entire picture and get a global understanding of how everything in our bodies is connected. It’s normally not about treating the symptom but looking for the root cause of the symptoms.

That's why I'm ecstatic to announce the Pelvic Floor Fix Tickle Me Pink Edition, a 5-week program where my colleague, Dr. Jordan Wiggins, and I will be diving into all these components to help you get the answers and get on track. I'm over these symptoms, and I'm committed to making a change in 2024. I can't wait to see you there. Email us or DM us with any questions. Let's do this, my friends!
