I was going to talk about something else, but I got an idea while I was in the shower. It's essential to healing, whether it's pain, stress, burnout, hormones, infertility, cancer, or leveling up your career. Come on, let's talk about it.

For a while now, I've been telling you to have the best day, and sometimes people just laugh it off or smirk. I mean, why not? Why can't you have a good day? What's stopping you? Do you already think it's gonna be a disaster? You won't get far with that mindset.

Many of us subconsciously sabotage ourselves from the get-go with thoughts like, "I have so much on my to-do list. How can I get it all done? I'm obligated to do this, I need to work out, I need to be present with the family." We neglect ourselves and feel guilty, but it doesn't have to be that way.

Your mindset plays a huge role in your success, ranging from 20% to 80%. Although the exact percentage may be debatable, it's a huge part of your life. Here's an example from my life. When I was a kid, I played doctor. Eventually, I aimed to open my own practice, one that's unique. After numerous rejections, I persisted, and now my practice is worldwide.

You can change your journey by changing your mindset, just like I did. It won't always be easy, but if you keep a positive attitude, you'll succeed. Let's take the first step, focus on our goals, and imagine our success.
